It was always kept in the garage. The very rare, crack free original dash along with the condition of the rest of the car speaks to this. Nearly everything on the car is original including the numbers matching motor and all the functioning smog equipment. It was repainted once in the late 70's but looks as if it were done recently. It has never been hit or taken apart, all the body lines and gaps are crisp and correct. It also avoided ever getting the popular dealer installed door bumper guards. All factory rubber and weather-strip is still flexible and nice. Glass is also all original and crystal clear. Recently it has been inspected for safety and found to still be using sumitomo front brake pads, which are believed to be only installed at the factory, this along with pedal wear and overall condition makes the 37k on the odometer believable as actual mileage. However there is no documentation to verify this so the odometer may have rolled over once. The pads are still safe so they remain, though it did receive fresh oil, plugs, new water pump, drive belts, and filters. The factory a/c has also been recharged and works! Tires are michelin x with like new tread. Also instead of points it now has an electronic pickup for reliability. It did receive new exhaust as well which is louder than the stock can and makes the exhaust note sound fantastic. Air Conditioning

Just toys classic cars is proud to present a very cool car from over seas that has made a big splash her in the usa for a long time. This here is a 1973 datsun 240z. This was marketed in its home land of japan as the fairlady z. The fit and finish on this car are in great shape and factory fresh. All of the doors, hatch back and hood close just like they should which means that all of the hinges are good and don't sag. It is just that clean. There is ample leg room in this car. Some of us here are over 6 feet tall and we fit very well in it. Everything is easy to reach and easy to read in this almost cockpit like interior. There is a little patina in the drivers seat, but no major rips or tears, and the passenger seat looks like it has never been sat in. Ok, enough about how comfortable this car is. This is a drivers car. So reach out for that key and turn her over to listen to that 2. 4 liter engine just purr like a kitten. The majority of the customers that buy vehicles from us are very happy with their purcha.
