Seller's Comments and Description: 2000 Honda Gold Wing GL1500 SE - - 25TH ANNIVERSARY EDITION! The GL1500 was manufactured for 13 years - and this was the last year. The 1500's were unsurpassed in riding comfort on long road trips, and many improvements were introduced in the last couple years to make the comfort and safety even greater. Check these features added in the final years of production: Much brighter headlights, chrome valve covers, improved sound system, fog lights, black background on instrument panel, underbelly panels color matched to main panels, lowered seat height, foot warmer vents with controls topside, stronger clutch for improved shifting, lighted handlebar controls, advanced cruise control now takes it's reading directly from the camshaft, better back support for the passenger. These are some of the many options included in the top of the line SE package: Reverse gear, CB radio, lighted rear spoiler, adjustable passenger floorboards, chrome rotor covers, AM/FM radio with cassette player, cruise with accel, decel and resume, self-cancelling turn signals, adjustable air suspension with on-board compressor, rear speakers, intercom and vented windshield. Additionally, here is a list of accessories that were added: Sierra Electronics MP3 player modification to OEM radio, Utopia driver's backrest, Kuryakyn Passenger Transformer Boards, Deluxe J&M passenger audio controller, driver drink holder, 12v accessory outlet in left front pocket, Wind Deflectors and chrome luggage rack. All of the fluids and filters were changed in the last 1,000 miles (Amsoil synthetic). Tires are in good shape. Paint is excellent, although two of the decals have small scratches that I was not able to touch-up very well because they are not paint - new decals are probably in order. This is a great honda goldwing trike!. ... That has damage and has a salvage title. I bought it a few years ago for a quick project but a new company start up got in the way. The bike starts right up and runs, has damage to the right front side (see pics) and needs a new fairing, headlight, chrome honda front cover, inside speaker grill, pocket for storage, chrome side covers, and a few other things. I even have the factory paint for the bike, new plugs, plug wires, rubber gasket for windshield, and more! New battery, runs great, good rubber, back brake needs bleeding but front is great, good clutch, lots of chrome upgrades, and has electric reverse gear. This will be an easy fix for someone with the time, i have spent money on most of the parts that it needs, just neds a lower right side of fairing 80 on ebay) and a few nicks and knacks, all the parts i bought are included in the sale. Bike will need the carbs cleaned because the gas is 4 years old, and trike has been sitting... Just cosmetics to front end and need to bondo one not very bad spot on the right side trike wheel fender on the trike kit. Great chrome, bike looks awesome, and needs a new home, i just have to many projects, low reserve, these go for lots of money fixed. Will store until shipper comes if needed. The bike was hit on the right side of the fairing, i have fairing, headlight, new chrome honda trim piece, chrome trim for back fenders, windshield gasket, and paint! I replaced all side covers with new chrome ones, have new plugs and wires, needs front turn lights, side piece missing on right, needs back fender fixed on trike fender (bondo and paint, easy fix)...
