The fischer's realized years ago that they were on to something big when customers began flocking to their first small car lot in lantana from all over florida. They kept their overhead low and rented a small warehouse in lantana specializing in ford, lincoln, mercury and eventually expanding to include jaguar. Gone were the days of relying on what a fast talking salesperson was trying to sell. The time had come for consumers to be able to make an educated decision without the pressure and anxiety previously felt. This was an absolute dream come true for off lease only who was already light years ahead of the competition at that time by already offering a transparent used car buying experience. In 2004, the fischer's changed their business name to offleaseonly. Com and expanded their inventory to include many other brands like bmw, mercedes, honda, toyota, lexus & infiniti just to name a few. The customers couldn't believe the rock bottom prices on their expanded inventory selection, and off lease only continued to grow even more. When the business quickly outgrew that, the fischers purchased another 2 ½ acres in the rear. Even though they couldn't allow customers on that property, the additional space to hold off lease only’s expanded inventory was a must. Congress set to open early fall of 2016. The fischers’ focus is always expansion. Mark fischer believes in offering his customers an experience unlike those of any other car dealer across the country. He believes that his dedication to customer service and offering one of the largest selections of quality used cars priced thousands below retail-- according to kelley blue book suggested retail pricing -- is what sets off lease only apart from the rest.
