I bought the Gen 3 set of tires a few months ago & haveless than 100 miles on them. 1999 is the most desirable year of the gen 2 viper. It's the only year that had the forged Engine, lumpy 708 cam, and theupgraded interior & wheels. Red, silver & black were the 3 color options in1999. It has the usual scratches underneath thefront bumper & a few minor scratches elsewhere. comes with both factory tops; atarga style hard top & the soft top, which fits in the trunk. The car is mostlystock except the sound system, & the aluminum power steering pulley & bracket. The spoiler is removable without any holes in the trunk lid. & I have the stockpolished 18 inch wheels & tires.

1999 dodge viper gts. Black exterior w/black leather interior. 22,xxx miles. Car is extremely clean with no issues and a clear carfax. I am the 3rd owner. 1999 is the last year of the forged internal engine components and more aggressive 708 camshaft for the viper. Paint is in great condition. Interior is very clean. Clear texas title in hand. The following service was done by an independent viper mechanic (7/14):- clutch fluid flush and replace- oil change w/mobil 1 10w30 w/mobil 1 oil filter- transmission fluid change w/valvoline atf +4- flushed brake fluid and replace w/dot 4- rear differential fluid change w/royal purple 75w-140 inc. Mopar limited slip additive- new drive belt installed- a/c system recharged - replaced sway bar end links - new toyo r888 tires 335/rear 285/front- 4 wheel alignment - new battery- replaced floor mats less 1,700 miles on tires and service completed. Offered for sale is my mostly stock 1999 dodge viper gts. I am the second owner and have completely serviced andaddressed many of the gen 2 issues. This viper runs and drives perfect, no stories. Upgrades and additions includefresh synthetic fluids, new hoses and belts, smooth tubes with k&n filter, new fuel filter and spark plugs, ipscopower steering mount and pulley, ipsco harmonic balancer pin kit, short throw shifter with skip shift and shortyshifter knob, new hood springs, eibach lowering springs, gen 3 18/19 wheels with less than 2000 miles on michelinsuper sport tires with 4 wheel alignment. Ebc pads and rotors, starting at the stock exhaust manifold a true 3"corsa exhaust system with cat delete [the best sounding exhaust for a viper] stock mufflers are included ifrequested. Upgraded hid headlights with gen 3 hid fog lights and clear side markers. Front facia was repaintedbecause of typical stone chips, side rockers were repainted because of the stock cats burning the clear coat. Therest of the paint and body is as close to perfect as a 17 year old black car can be. Fitted car cover is includedas is a shop manual. I may have forgotten some things so please ask. I believe in full discloser, gas cap hastypical viper oxidation but not bad, seat bolster on driver side shows typical viper wear. Under side is dry andclean but not show car quality [this is a driver] please ask any question as i would be happy to answer them.

This is one of 215 acr's produced in 1999. 53 of which were all black with no stripes. The 1999 model year is arguable the most sought after due to the all forged internal engine components (later years had hyper-eutectic pistons). These also came with what is known as the 708 cam which is the cam. It has a 114 degree lobe separation angle which is perfect for boosted applications.
