This is one of the nicest 2nd generation ram cummins 12v in the country. I recently purchased it from the original owner and performed all necessary preventative service on it. This is a original, rust and accident free, california truck with 62k miles, garaged its entire life. Original paint shins like new. This was how it was when it came out of the original owners garage. It wasn't steam clean or polished or detailed. There is absolutely nothing that this truck need to hide. This truck will come with a 1 inch thick folder with every record since day one, including option sheet, window sticker, predelivery inspection, every service organized in periodical order. Record shows that this truck was over maintained. This is a early production 1994 model and does not come with a catalytic converter. Its a pre 1997 diesel so no smog necessary. Services performed since i purchased it. I wanted to make sure anything that it needed or i was in doubt of, was addressed.- oil changed with 15w-40 delo + lubromoly additive and oe mopar oil filter and drain plug gasket.- fuel filter replaced with donaldson- replaced prefilter filter screen and gasket. Installed new oe mopar transmission filter. Adjusted transmission bands (both). Installed new pan gasket and refilled with oe mopar atf+4- installed new transmission mount- installed new vehicle speed sensor (looked wet around the o-ring and figured i replace the unit)- new in box bull bar (front brush guard) that i have not installed but included.- removed differential cover and wiped down accessible surfaces (very clean), resealed cover and refilled with redline 75w-90 full synthetic gl5.- installed new wiper blades. Cosmetic condition:- original paint still shines like new. No clear coat fading or peeling. A few tiny rock chips on the front hood area and on the bottom of the rockers.- zero rust or corrosion- minor scratch marks on driver's side bumper plastic ( picture provided)- one quarter size ding on the rear bumper.- seat covers where purchased from the original selling dealership and installed for the entire life of the truck. The seats shows close to new.- no cracks on dash, no major blemishes on the interior.- the camper shell is a guidon renegade and was installed in 9-1994. The paint was color matched to the truck and was done to a very high standard. No paint fading or clear coat peeling on the camper shell. This was $1,500 at the time. Mechanical condition:- engine starts right up and maintains a steady idle. Engine does not smoke, has good power and performs as it should under all conditions.- transmission shifts positively in all gears under all temperature conditions. There are records for several transmission services during its life.- everything works on the car from cold ac to power windows and power mirrors. The only thing that i noticed of fault is the cruise control button on the steering wheel feels loose, but it works fine and looks fine.- suspension is tight and handling feels confident.- brakes still have plenty of life left- tires are micheline and has 60 life remaining.
